eLinks Setup Security
Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to setup and modify eLinks.
To Grant Access
- Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
- Click [edit].
- Open Resource Groups > Setup.
- In the Rights area, the following rights are available under eLinks Setup:
- View: When checked, allows theuser to view the eLinks Setup screen.
- Add: Activates the [Add New] link on the eLinks Setup screen.
- Modify: Enables the user to modify the setup of an eLink.
- Delete: Activates the Remove
icon on the eLink Setup screen.
- In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
- On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
